A Thursday Thinking productSignal Register

Property that may be about to change hands, found in yesterday's official records.

A daily register of property held by companies that have just entered insolvency in England and Wales. In your inbox by 7am. £5 a week.

The information is public. Joining it up is not.

When a company enters liquidation, the insolvency practitioner usually has to sell what it owns, including property. The notices are published in The Gazette and company property ownership is recorded by HM Land Registry, but nobody joins the two up. Until now, finding which of the week's insolvent companies own property meant reading every notice and checking ownership one company at a time.

Every morning, before 7am.

What Thursday Thinking built.

Signal Register is our proof that AI products can run themselves.

Joins official data nobody else joins

Gazette notices, HM Land Registry ownership, Price Paid Data, the EPC register and Companies House filings, matched every night.

AI where it earns its place

Language models read each notice for the practitioner, and read Companies House filings for the property's address. Every fact still links to its official source.

Fully automated

From reading notices overnight to the 7am email, nobody touches it. Each morning's run is checked before the email goes out.

Built for AI search

Structured data, llms.txt and a free Weekly Index make it citable by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. The same GEO work we do for clients.

£5 a week

Billed £20 every four weeks. 7-day free trial for invited members. Cancel any time. England and Wales.
