Sam founded Thursday Thinking Digital in Chichester in 2014 and has spent over a decade helping UK businesses win in search, first through SEO and paid media, and now through AI. The agency's Trustpilot reviews, all five stars, are mostly about the same thing: plain explanations, responsiveness and results that show up in the numbers.
In 2026 he launched ThursdayThinking.ai to focus on two things: AI transformation, meaning AI that works inside a business's own systems rather than beside them, and generative engine optimisation, meaning how a business gets found and cited by ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and Google's AI answers.
He practises what he recommends. Before offering AI transformation to clients, Sam ran his own agency through it, building its CRM, content operation and client reporting platform with AI under strict rules about verification and approval.
