Search engine optimisation, Google and Microsoft Ads, paid social, email marketing and web design, for businesses across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, London and the UK.
ThursdayThinking.Digital started in Chichester in 2014 with a straightforward belief: that marketing and technology work best when built on trust, transparency and results, not on impressive-looking reports that obscure what is actually happening. Twelve years on, the agency's Trustpilot reviews are mostly about those three things.
By 2025 the way people search had changed. Customers were asking ChatGPT, Copilot and Google's AI for recommendations, and the businesses that appeared in those answers were not always the ones ranking on the first page. At the same time, AI tools were arriving inside every business, mostly as licences nobody used well.
Our GEO work came first. To report it honestly we built our own platform, Thursday Intelligence, measuring real citations in Copilot, Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT rather than estimated scores. Along the way we rebuilt our own CRM, content operation and client reporting with AI, under strict rules about verification and human approval. That work is written up on this site, including what went wrong.
Those systems run on Base44, and in October 2026 Thursday Thinking Digital became an accredited Base44 partner with specialist status. It is the platform we build client tools on when a business needs something of its own rather than another licence.
Clients noticed. They began asking us to build the same kind of thing inside their own businesses, and in 2026 ThursdayThinking.ai became the home for that work: AI transformation and GEO, from the team that has been in Chichester since 2014.
Sam founded the agency in Chichester in 2014 and has spent over a decade helping UK businesses win in search. An early voice on Generative Engine Optimisation, he leads ThursdayThinking.ai's AI transformation and AI search work and built the Thursday Intelligence platform to keep every recommendation grounded in real, tested data.
