The same tools we build for clients are the ones now running this agency. Here is what we built, what we run, and what we learned by doing it to ourselves first.
We are a digital marketing agency that now sells AI transformation — so the obvious question was whether we actually used any of it ourselves. For a long time, the honest answer was: not enough.
Manual social posting across multiple platforms, content production from scratch every time, and reporting pulled together by hand each month were quietly eating the hours of the people who should have been doing client work. The work got done, but it was repetitive, slow, and exactly the kind of thing we kept telling clients AI could take off their plate.
We built and now run our own CRM to capture, enrich and follow up every audit request and lead — human-checked on every outbound message, never fully autonomous.
We built a social posting tool that drafts and schedules across our channels, with a person approving before anything goes live. No more manual posting, no more blank-caption paralysis.
The same GEO visibility tooling we run for clients runs on our own site — testing our citation across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot and Claude every week.
We built an automated content engine that turns our working notes into the Insight articles you are reading on this site right now — drafted by AI, edited and published by a human.

We are running these tools on our own agency first and measuring the time saved and output produced before we publish any figures. We will not quote a number we have not actually measured on ourselves.
We could not in good conscience sell AI transformation to a client while our own social posts were still being pasted in by hand. So we ran our own agency through it first — and the tools you would get from us are the ones now running this business.
